Whole Wheat Banana Bread


My friend Sissy gave me this recipe for Whole Wheat Banana Bread. It’s delicious so I thought I’d share.

Whole Wheat Banana Bread

Preheat oven to 350

3 Large Ripe Bananas Mashed
1 1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Unsalted Butter Melted
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt

These ingredients are optional but I recommend using them:
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts

Cooking Times:
Muffins – 18-20 Minutes
Bread – 45-50 Minutes

This is really easy. Just put all the ingredients in a bowl and combine with a mixer. Line muffin tins or grease and flour a bread pan and pour the batter in. Then, bake and eat. They’re supper yummy warm!
